Philip Mettam

Philip joined Meridian in Autumn 2010 on a graduate training contract supplementing his in-house training through undertaking the AAT Diploma. He fully qualified as an accountant in 2013. 

Having worked on 45 deals over the last 8 years and a number of investments, Philip provides owner managed businesses with advice on the best structures and methods to achieve their aims, whether those are personal, family or company focused. 

As well as providing traditional transactional advice on M&A, MBO/MBIs, and the raising of finance, Philip also provides longer term management and board level support to achieve long term objectives linked to succession planning, wealth management and a host of other topics.
