Southampton based Zenergi, provides clients in the private and public sector throughout the UK with energy brokerage and administration services. They are the leading UK independent energy provider to the education sector, providing a suite of services around energy procurement, invoice validation and contract management.

Meridian invested as part of the MBO in January 2013, with both Mike and Darren joining the Board. In November 2017 Meridian sold the business to August Private Equity, triggering an exit for the founder shareholders and significant return for the management team.
