With a workforce of 80, RMA focused on the design and delivery of business solutions to help experts in business sectors such as healthcare, finance and public sector. 

Meridian joined the board as part of the companies MBO in 2012 which facilitated the exit of a founder shareholder. 

Meridian then worked with the management team to grow the company, before exiting to NTT Data in 2013, crystallising a significant return for the shareholders.
