ProcessFlows are a Winchester based technology and software provider with over 27 years’ experience in the capture, processing, management and delivery of documents, voice and data.
In 2015 Meridian invested alongside management and HNW’s to facilitate the MBO of the company from a distressed French parent with Darren joining the Board.
The business sold to Konica Minolta in May 2016 providing a 10 time money multiple return for investors.
