Prabin is an ICAEW-qualified chartered accountant with a strong background in corporate finance and investment. Since 2018, he has specialised in supporting entrepreneur-led and high-growth businesses with fundraising, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives across the South of England.
At Meridian Growth Capital, Prabin plays a key role in identifying, structuring, and managing investments, working closely with portfolio businesses to drive long-term value. He holds several board observer positions, providing strategic insight and financial expertise to support management teams in achieving their growth ambitions.
With a keen interest in technology and business services, Prabin has been involved in multiple successful transactions across these sectors. His expertise and dedication were recognised when he was voted Young Deal Maker of the Year in both 2023 and 2024 by his regional peers.
